Is Group Certified High Performance Coaching Right for You?

When you join my High Performance Group Coaching Program, I work with you and the other members at the same time.  My goal is to help all of you break through any barriers that stop you from reaching your highest potential and performance. Together we find ways for you to step into your best self - the person you know you can and want to be. And the energy and support of the group help you do that in powerful ways.

Typically I ask a question to the group, one or two people have an opportunity to answer. As the session progresses, I continue to ask questions, and more members have an opportunity to get coached. The more often you volunteer to be coached, the more you will get out of the sessions.

The Schedule and Other Details

The group coaching program will run on an ongoing basis with biweekly Zoom calls held on Mondays (with a few exceptions, such as holidays, of course members will be notified in advance of changes).

After each session, you receive a worksheet that helps you take the concepts you learned to a deeper level and provides frameworks and tools you can put to use immediately.

Sessions are recorded and uploaded to the members' area for your convenience in case you missed the live occurrence.  Only those people in your Group have access to the recordings. 

Sessions are 90 to 120 minutes long and cover one module of the Certified High Performance Coaching curriculum. Each session builds on the previous ones, but it is possible to enter the curriculum at any point without a disadvantage (you can watch replays of previous sessions and complete the worksheets if you like to maximize the impact of the program.)

Sessions will start on September 6th, 2021. There are a total of 48 unique sessions.  All sessions will be held from 8-10 p.m. Zurich Time (CET/CEST). Check your time zone here.

Just as you can enter the Certified High Performance Group Coaching program at any point, you can also leave it at any point. However, I recommend completing a full set of 12 sessions to get the full benefit of the program. If you have paid for an entire year and decide to leave the program, I will refund the pro-rated amount, but do not offer partial month refunds.

48 Unique Sessions:  Overview and Goals

The Core Sessions (1-12)

We will work in this process through five key principles: Clarity, Energy, Courage, Productivity and Influence.

By mastering these areas, you will create the ongoing feeling of full engagement, joy, and confidence that comes from consistently living from your best self. You’ll feel more purposeful and fulfilled, and you will discover new beliefs, habits, and tools that will enable you to join the world’s most successful people.

Part 1 - Core Competencies

#1 Focal Points
We look at where you are currently in a few key areas, what you are currently focused on, what level of agency or control you feel right now in your life, and which habits you have that are already supporting you or pulling you away from performing at your highest level.

#2 Clarity
Understand where you have strengths and gaps in the amount of clarity you have in your life right now

#3 Energy
Quantify your daily energy and devise strategies to amplify the vibrancy and stamina you need to achieve your goals and live a fully charged life.

#4 Courage
Discuss where you feel you’ve been confident and courageous in life, and where you might be holding back or backing down in some situations.

#5 Productivity
Check how productive and effective you feel in your personal life and work life, and I will give you a set of tools and concepts to help you quickly and easily improve these areas.

#6 Influence
Gauge how influential you’ve felt in your relationships and career, and to give you a few tools and concepts that will raise your level of action and influence.

Part 2 - Mastery

#7 Psychology Mastery
At this half-way point in the program we will begin going deeper into the six pillars of high performance customized to your situation.

#8 Physiology Mastery
Check progress on your energy and physiology and build upon it with more tools that activate your physiology so you feel stronger and more vibrant.

#9 Productivity Mastery
Review how productive you have been over the past few weeks so we can look at ways you can become even more effective towards reaching your goals.

#10 Persuasion Mastery
Gauge how persuasive and influential you’ve felt in your relationships and career. I will give you tools that will raise your level of effectiveness in these areas.

#11 Purpose Mastery
At this point in the course you should have been moving towards your goals. We will analyze how effectively you have been in reaching these goals and to what extent you have been living and leading a purposeful and effective lifestyle.

#12 Commitment to High Performance
Check in on your performance and define your best areas for commitment and discipline as you move forward.

The Charge Sessions (13-24)

We will explore 10 human drives that measurably improve the quality of your life. These "activators" shape everything you think, feel, and do in life, so understanding and mastering them is critical to your success and happiness. Strategically activating them on a consistent basis will radically increase your levels of energy, engagement, and fulfillment in your life. You will be  surprised and challenged as most of the ways we seek to meet these drives are actually counterproductive.

Part 1 - Baseline Drives

#13 10 Human Drives framework
Introduce the framework, evaluate you, and identify where you might be feeling caged, comfortable or charged.

#14 Control
Control is so important, because if you feel out of control, or you control the wrong things, you can end up feeling uncertain, disappointed, or unfulfilled.

#15 Competence
Competence is our knowledge, skill and ability in any area of life. If you don’t feel competent at something, you feel less confident in trying it. Yet if you don’t develop your knowledge, skills and abilities in an area, you can’t grow or reach high performance.

#16 Congruence
Congruence is the feeling we have when we are living in alignment and integrity with our beliefs and values (being who we want to be on a consistent basis). When we don’t feel congruent, we feel upset and, at extremes, depressed. But when we feel in integrity with our highest self, we feel a sense of pride and fulfillment with life.

#17 Caring
Caring is so important to our ability to feel psychologically safe and accepted. If we are cared for and deeply care for others, we feel happier, healthier, more engaged and grateful. 

#18 Connection
Connection with our mission, ourselves, with others, and connection with the moment. We’ll zoom in on the relationship angle.

Part 2 - Forward Drives

#19 Change
Change is how we adapt, grow and actualize our best selves. Change is hard, so this is an area to always be working on.

#20 Challenge
Challenge is always to be willing to push ourselves to our highest level of growth and contributions.

#21 Creative Expression
Creative expression is all about how you share your unique identity with the world. It’s about sensing and exhibiting the true you - voicing our ideas and living our authentic mark on the world.

#22 Contribution
Contribution is one of the great drives in our life. It makes us look outside of ourselves and find meaning in what we do. It’s the secret to feeling like we’ve made a difference and served a purpose beyond our needs.

#23 Conscious Living
Seeking a heightened consciousness or awareness of ourselves, surroundings and spirit is one of the great marks of the human species. We want to be awake and in touch with our own senses and surroundings.

#24 Celebration
Revisit your assessment and see how you’re progressing and what areas you can be focusing on moving forward.

The Declaration Sessions: Advanced Motivation (25-36)

Too often we live randomly and accept mediocrity, keeping ourselves down. Without setting clear intentions and standards, we may miss the chance to achieve personal freedom. We'll address the quest for personal freedom as our main motivation in life. Freedom to express our true selves and pursue our dreams without restriction, living our life as fully as possible.

Part 1 - Human Nature

#25  Personal Freedom
Identify what would make you feel even more free and happy in the present moment, and to begin shaping an even more ideal future vision for you. It’s about feeling and achieving a sense of freedom.

#26 Beyond Fear
Continue our conversations about what the ideal future would be like for you, but to specifically address any fears you might have about pursuing your goals as boldly as you are capable of.

#27 Sustained Motivation
Identify what would make you feel even more motivated. We’ll talk about your ambitions and the habits you have for sustaining motivation over the long haul. I know we’ve discussed these themes before, but I feel it would serve you to get even more bold and tactical in this area, especially as you have big goals coming up.

 

Part 2 - Reclaiming your Personal Power

#28 Presence and Power
Our goal this session is to check in on your presence – your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual awareness - and to see how engaged and empowered you feel in the major roles of life.

#29 Reclaim Your Agenda
Identify what you want your life agenda to really be about, and to discover where you might be able to live even more purposefully. Because staying true to yourself and your own path or mission is a mark of greatness and Personal Freedom.

#30 Defiance
Identify what is called as “Defiance,” that internal resistance we feel that sabotages our ability to grow or connect. Defiance is sort of like our internal demons of doubt, the things preventing us from doing what we know we should do.

#31 Advance with Abandon
Discuss ways that you might be able to advance more boldly or consistently toward your dreams. We’ll also talk about how you can finish the important projects you’re working on more quickly and without hesitation.

#32 Joy and Gratitude
Think about how we can bring even more positive emotion and experiences into your life.

#33 Integrity
Check-in to see if you are being congruent and where you feel you are compromising or rising up. Integrity is about having intention and commitment for who we wish to be, how we want to treat others, what we wish to give—it’s about living our truth and being our most truthful and consistent selves.

#34 Love
Help you connect to your heart and deepen your most important relationships. We’re going to talk about love today – how you express your heart and how you show up for those you love most.

#35 Inspire Greatness
Identify what greatness means to you, and how you could inspire others to live a life of greatness as well.

#36 Slow Time
See where you can become even more mindful and appreciative of the simple moments of life. It’s to help you find more of that joy and Personal Freedom that makes all the work so worth it.

The Leadership Sessions (37-48)

Leadership is a very involved, dynamic, consistent, relationship between you and other people.

It’s not going to be easy. We’ll go through a holistic framework called the 6 Practices of Leadership that include all the buckets you need to learn to focus on as a leader. Whether you’re trying to lead your family, professional team or even galvanize your community, these strategies apply. Specifically, we’ll review how to motivate your team, how to motivate people to join your team, how mentorship works, the power of leadership messaging, and more!

#37 Reflecting on Leadership
Reflect on the impact of leaders and leadership opportunities in their lives. We will dive into how you have been impacted and how you perceive your role as a leader in your personal life, family, career, and community.

#38 Leadership Philosophy
Dive deeper into the kind of leader you would like to be, and how you define leadership in the first place.

#39 Leading Others
Talk through your philosophy of how great leaders actually work with others.

#40 Leadership Framework
Introduce the framework for leadership that can help you consider different aspects of your leadership journey. It’s called E6, and it stands for the 6 ”E’s” that leaders actually do in the leadership journey: Envision, Enlist, Embody, Empower, Evaluate, and Encourage.

You will do The E6 Self-evaluation Assessment. The world’s highest performers have frameworks that help them stay on track and evaluate themselves.

#41 Envision
The world’s highest performers have vision for their lives and those they lead. We will check on the vision you have for who you are, what you want to achieve, and how you communicate and align a clear vision with those you lead. 

#42 Enlist
Discuss how you can enlist others to support you, help shape the vision, build culture, and achieve goals faster.

#43 Embody
Check-in in how you embody your message - the values, work ethic, and integrity you champion to others.

#44 Empower
Discuss how you empower others to succeed, and how you set up the conditions for others to learn, grow and contribute.  

#45  Evaluate
High Performing Leaders consistently evaluate their performance and team’s progress and ethics. Evaluation of your objectives, ethics, and your strengths and weaknesses in achieving them. Consistently giving feedback to others to learn and grow and asking for feedback on your ideas and performance as well.

#46  Encourage
Check if you are encouraging yourself to stay positive and optimistic when things get difficult, and if you are encouraging others in active and symbolic ways (cheering on, showing appreciation, celebrating wins), so they stay more motivated and effective.

#47 Review
Recap what you’ve learned and applied so far. The highest performing leaders love to review their progress and develop mastery.

#48 Scale
Inspire you to keep expanding your sense of vision and service in the world. We will discuss the scaling of your vision and impact.
